For larger or complex jobs, we walk the property, take detailed photos/video, list all tasks, identify necessary tools and materials, and note any hazards to build an accurate proposal.

We do not perform work where occupancy status is unclear or undisclosed.
For foreclosure scenarios, we require county sheriff confirmation of vacancy.
Our crews check for any signs of unauthorized occupants before heavy work begins.
Steel-toe boots, proper PPE, drug-free job sites, and attention to detail are mandatory.
Leads, operators, professionals, and inspectors must wear appropriate PPE and body cameras initially before entering work spaces and designated locations.
All workers are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect client confidentiality and sensitive property information.
We maintain comprehensive SOPs for safety & occupancy checks, job intake & bidding, on-site work checklists, and photo/report documentation and invoicing.
If occupancy is discovered that was not disclosed: Work is stopped for safety, the situation is documented, the client is notified, and a trip/standby or cancellation fee may apply.
